How does the Magic Sit® work?

While you’re sitting on the Magic Sit®, the muscles of your back, abs, thighs and buns will be effectively activated. Magic Sit® has a unique dual chamber system with an infinitely adjustable valve to control the intensity of your workout. Starting from the “low intensity” setting which is used e.g. for alleviating tense neck, shoulder and back muscles, simply turn the valve to the right to increase the intensity and effectiveness of your workout, e.g. to strengthen your skeletal muscles and shape up your body. By closing the valve you will create a comfortable seat with a massage effect.
